Abusing CampusHippo.com

CampusHippo.com has the right to refuse access to individual users if they are violating our website or our user agreement. CampusHippo.com also has the right to close down any parts of our site or limit access.

Fees and Services
In order to join our website you must pay a small subscription fee. This fee is paid using a credit card. All credit card transactions transfer information between our website and our provider, Papal. All transactions are protected through secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. All transaction cost are in U.S. currency and are subject to change.

When you agree to buy a book from a user, you are agreeing to pay the price they set using a payment method that they have approved (usually cash or check). Once you agree you must pay at your specified price, unless both parties verbally agree to change the price. In this case, CampusHippo.com is not responsible for any disagreement that may occur.

Returns
In the case you would like to return a book you must make that arrangement with the individual user that sold you the book. CampusHippo.com does not guarantee returns. A seller has the right to refuse a return at any time.

In the case that a user falsifies information you may contact us. We will investigate the claim and will credit you a book purchase or posting slot if we conclude that you have a legitimate claim. As far as the actual book sales are concerned, we are not responsible for returns in any way.

BSS Enterprises LLC is located in the state of Massachusetts. It is owned and operated privately. We do not do business outside the United States and you must be living inside the United States to use our website.
