CampusHippo has put together a website that is easy to use and can bring results in a few short steps. If you are unable to find the help that you're looking for then our Hippo Support Team will be at your command here.
1) Register.
2) Post your books.
3) Search for books you need and request them.
4) Once your request is accepted you will get the user's preferred contact information where you can finish the trade from there.

Posting Books
Posting your books is as simple as just entering a few numbers and then instantly seeing your book information displayed before you. All you need is the book's ISBN which is usually found on the back near the bar code. If you still need clarification check this out.

After viewing your book details out just click confirm and your all set. If you have more then one book you would like to add, we give you the option to also add more.

Requesting Books
Requesting a book is easy. Once you have found a book that you need you just hit the request button on the book details page. This will send a request to the poster of this book and they will choose to accept or decline.

If accepted your request you will be forwarded their contact information. From there it is up to you where, when, and how you want to trade the book. This method is used so you no longer have to pay for a commission, pay for shipping, and wait for your package.

If your request is declined you will be notified. You can view your account page and see your what your current status is for each book.

My Account
You can find your account page link in the navigation on the left side of the page. From here you can manage your account information as well as view your posted books and status of your requests. The My Account page is broken up into four parts to make it easy for you to navigate.

Posted Books
Active books - This is how many books that are currently active on your account that you have posted and are still waiting for requests or waiting for the trade to be complete.

Requests for your Books - This displays the number of requests you have pending for YOUR books. When you have a request you will be able to view it and decide whether or not to accept it.

Total Books Posted - This is your number of books you've posted over your entire time with CampusHippo.

Books Requested by Me
Books Requested - The number of books that you have requested. If one of your books has been accepted or declined this will go back down.

Approved Books - Once one of your requests is accepted you will be able to view the posters information from here.

Awaiting Approval - This section shows your pending requests for books that you have requested.

Declined Books - If one of your requests has been declined it will be shown here.

Account Information
All your account information can be edited from here if you please to do so.

Subscription This section shows how your subscription plan and how many books you have left to use in each category.

Recently Added
This feature allows you to view recent books added on your campus.

Popular Books
This feature allows you to view the most popular books that are being posted on your campus.
